Cancellation Policy

A NONREFUNDABLE deposit is required at time of scheduling. Deposit amount equals 50% of the session price. If you cancel at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, your deposit may be used toward a new appointment booked within three (3) days. This concession does NOT apply to appointments booked within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment. Upon successful receipt of the deposit, you will receive a confirmation email, voicemail, and/or text to confirm your appointment date and time. If a deposit is not received, your session time will not be reserved. Contact aimwithin@theauricabode.com for same day availability and waitlisting. A 10 minute grace period is included in every session to accommodate unforeseen delays or disruptions (late arrival, phonecall, bathroom, pets, children, etc). Beyond 10 min, you will be cutting into your session time.
